All kids walk in to kindergarten

See this cute little girl right here:She's about to be 14 months old.
And NO, SHE'S NOT WALKING.
Those are the answers to the first 2 questions that everyone seems to be asking us recently.

Neely craws, cruises, walks behind her toys, walks holding onto my finger, etc. So her not walking really doesn't bother me, except when so many people make it out to be a big deal. Someone actually told me that I should go ahead and take her to the doctor to see if her bones are developing. I told myself that I wasn't going to worry about it because kids all walk at different times.

But for some reason, tonight I got myself all worked up about it. So I went to my trusty friend, Google. Guess what? Babies walk at all ages--anywhere up to 18 months is normal. So, now I am back to my philosophy that all kids walk in to kindergarten.

Don't you love all the unsolicited advice? Mr. Google is right - no worrying until 18 months. She's right on schedule.

On a shopping note - I got $400 worth of Banana stuff for $55 on Fri. Some of it was for Mike, but if they have your sizes, it's a good time to stock up on winter basics.

Emerson didn't walk until she was 14 1/2 months!! All babies walk when ever they are ready and people need to stay out of it!!!!

Can't wait until you come back to Blythevill because we will have to get the girls together!

Hi Amanda! D isn't walking either - not even close in my opinion! He's still wobbly when he stands up :) No worries. I love unsolicited advice too ;) Someone told me in Walmart yesterday that D was so beautiful, it was a waste he was a boy!

Hey, forget Google...I could have told you that! :-) Lots of kids don't walk until 15-17 months or so.
