Welcome home, Daddy!

Brad got home from his business trip a night early & Neely was so excited. I had told her that he would get home after she went to sleep...so, she never went to sleep. It makes me so happy to see how much she loves her daddy. Laughing so hard! Neely and I had a great time while Brad was gone, but we sure are glad he's back!

Fingerpainting

I got the dreaded phone call today to pick Neely up from school because of stomach issues, so we are home playing today. She is acting perfectly normal, so I am pretty sure it is milk allergy related. On the way home, I asked her what she wanted to do today to make it special and she said fingerpaint. So, here is the little artist at work.

Snow Days

Last weekend, we were snowed in and I couldn't have been happier. I can't tell you the last time that we have spent even one full day in the house, so it was soooo nice to stay in. We were out of town during the last snow, so this was Neely's first time to play in it and she LOVED it.

I asked her if she liked the snow and she said "No, I love the snow." Haha.

Neely has inherited my sweet tooth, so we always have some kind of dessert in the house. Unfortunately, the one thing that I forgot to buy before the storm was a cake or brownie mix, so we made homemade sugar cookies. She loves to lick the beaters...definitely her mama's child.

And Neely's favorite part of the weekend....PIZZA!
